Paper Flowers: English Rose

English Roses, also called David Austin roses for the breeder who developed them in the 1960s, are some of my favorite varieties of flower–their intricate centers with swirling and curving petals are quite sculptural, and I was determined to make one of my own—from tissue paper, wire and floral tape—to enjoy year-round!
